We liked the comfortable bed, the food and super nice staff.

The large pool isn’t heated, only the small one in welness area. We got different room from one shown in the picture

The best holiday with our small child

Our best holiday so far. Awesome value for money. We travelled with our 1.5 year-old daughter for the first time and were totally amazed by this hotel. Everything was perfect! I travel a lot and this is for the first time I have no comments for improvement. The venue is set of multiple bungalows in a green garden - they are in a cirlcle and in the middle there is the pool. The pool is great - bigger than we expected from the pictures. Free umbrellas and chairs, lots of empty space and people not reserving their spot with towels. Our daughter loved that! There is also a small kids pool and spa pool with some spa attractions - all for free. The apartment looked much better than on photos and was also bigger than we expected. We asked for baby cot, which was prepared in advance. There is air-conditioning so the temperature was always fine. You have either garden or terrace if in upper floor - we got the terrace and it was perfect - totally safe for the daughter to walk there and we had picnics there. Apartments are 1-2minutes from the pool. In the main building there is a free garage for cars and restaurant for dinners + terrace for breakfast (if you buy this options). It was greeeaaat!!! For dinners you have a reserved table - in our case with a child chair already prepared. We were really happy for this, no stress in finding tables and bringing chairs - everything was simply prepared for us. For drinks by the dinner you have to pay (even water), but it was totally ok for the holiday. The selection of food was breathtaking. Multiple seafood options (squids, calamary, mussels, etc.) - great opportunity to taste this food. Dinners were top for us. Gluten free options as well. Rich breakfasts are served on the terrace outside - enough space to find a table. Gluten free options. On the beach you have reserved umbrella and chairs for free! Great for small kids! RESTAURANT STAFF IS THE BEST. SO KIND TO OUR DAUGHTER. Last day they gave her chef's hat.

Family holiday with a dog

The apartment, half board. Helpful staff. Whole resort is very green and quiet. Pool is nice.

There is nothing we really didn’t like. Charge for pets is 20e/night, but they are not allowed anywhere, except in the park. So spending time with your pet requires a workaround.

Very Good

Great breakfast which was really good with a lot of choices. Room was nice on size as well with 2 full bathrooms. We really loved that it is a smaller sized resort so not to massive. Location is close to the town which offers a lot of nice restaurants and a beach. For the kids there was an animation team which our kids loved.

Cleaning is not every day but 1 day in between which is fine. Although one day the cleaners came during the afternoon nap of our kids so they could not clean and the are not then coming the day after so then there is too much time in between cleaning in my opinion.

Overall good experience

Breakfast, swimming pool and wellness services were excellent. I also would like to highlight the attitude of receptionists.

The first received room was smelly and we asked a new room. Important to highlight: the reaction of reception was excellent and we got another room quickly.

Superb!

I loved everything. It is beautiful, it is big, the rooms are quite big. The breakfast was so amazing, you had like all, sweet sour , you were able to choose whatever, the variety is great and also I loved that there were things also for people that had gluten intolerance or lactose intolerant. It was for everyone. The pool is great, the fact that it has a bar. There are many facilities although we didn't use all of them . But I can say that it is a place with many facilities. It is a great place for families, it has a park for children. For us, it was a nice experience and we would definitely would like to come back.

There is nothing we didn't like.

Very Good

The pool was really nice and big, the restaurant and the food was also fine.

We arrived there at 16:00 which was the check in time, but they said the room is not finished yet and we had to wait for 2 hours in the lobby till they led us to the room, it was hot and our 18 months was running around, was not nice, and when we got into the room the cleaning Personals just started to clean so we had to wait in the balcony with a 18 months old. The thing they did to make it up was that they let us do the late checkout on the last day. Still the arrival was so stressy for us and we could not do anything on that day anymore. Regarding the equipments, the room had what you need for basic cooking but no salt, oil and etc. no kettel or coffee Maschine in the room.

Wholesome, all encompassing eco-resort

We loved the apartment in which we stayed: sumptuous lounge and kitchen area; two balconies (although one would have been more than enough} great bathroom (even a wholesome bidet); wonderfully comfortable bed; large pool and sunbed area; top-class dining area and grounds; no building more than 2 floors high thus sinking into the lushness of the surrounding, thoughtfully tended, vegetation; access to beach lounges; bikes availability; perhaps too many things to list in a short review. I am not a buildings material expert but there was a seeming wholesome meaning to the materials used to construct and decorate all aspects of the site.

There was not much or any thing to dislike. Why mess with something that is - personally speaking - already 'more than good enough'. As per the old adage: 'If it's not broken, don't fix it' or 'one man's meat is another man's poison', even the beach trek has its appeal.

Very Good

The hotel was lovely and with a great pool, spa, sauna. Perfect for relaxing. The room was spacious and the facilities suitable. The large balcony area was a plus. The outdoor children's play area was good, but the internal children's play area left a little to be desired. The breakfast was great - there was a great selection of both savoury and sweet options.

There was a birds nest on the external wall of our room so it was a little noisy .

What was the highlight of Green Village Eco Resort

A nice place to stay with family.

Nice breakfast, with fresh-juice, fresh fruit, prosseco on top of a standard stuff. I also like that the hotel has shuttle bus to beach and it provides sunbeds and umbrella at the beach for free. Part of the pool is spa-like with whirlpools and warmer watter which is great in colder weather.

We were 2 adults and one 3y old child at apartment with 1 bedroom and livingroom with folding sofa. But there was lack of closet space for clothes etc. It would be enough for business trip not for a family holidays. I cannot imagine being there in 4 people and especially older kids, I would recommend picking 2 bedrooms apartment. I always look for properties which provide EV charging. EV charging here was completely miscommunicated - when I asked for the price before arrival, I was told the price reflects stock market. But it did not, at all. In reality, there was a 0,5EUR charge for 1kW on AC charger (only 4kW/h speed). For comparison more than 60x faster Tesla superchargers on the way cost from 0,32 - 0,44 EUR.

What was the highlight of Green Village Eco Resort

Superb - will surely come back :)

I have to start with dinners - those were EXCEPTIONAL in terms of food variety and serving. Lots of various sea-food salads, pasta, pizza but also meat - everything fresh and delicious - finally meeting expectations of Italian cuisine (at least for me). Breakfasts were also great, with everything you would find in European hotels. Coffee however could be better - but maybe we are just used to different coffee :) Hotel is nice, matching the pictures very well, room was of decent size and relatively modern with spacious balcony, mini fridge and bathtub. We were staying in the main hotel building and we had a FULL WIFI signal in the room - which was very appreciated and unfortunately still not a standard in Italy. Parking was available in underground garage, which was nice too. if you go to the beach with car, parking costs about 0.90eur per hour - however, there is usually parking space very close to the beach entrance. All in all, we were very happy, we really liked the hotel and the whole resort - for families its a very good choice.

Being a family resort, there could be maybe a bit more amenities for kids (ie. bigger playground, etc). Nothing wrong with those available, but - you know - kids get bored really fast :)

Wonderful

Awsome breakfast, huge dinner bufet. Very friendly and helpful staff. Warm swimming pool with free whirlpool. Very suitable for families with children. Beach service included. It was so good that we decided to stay one day more. Thank you for lovely service.

This resort is mostly for families with small kids, unfortunately dinners were from 7PM and it was a bit late for our kid.

Very enjoyable and relaxing holiday

The large, modern apartment with 2 generous balconies. The quiet and relaxed atmosphere of the property. The property is very well maintained and clean.

The big pool was very cold, the property is on the outskirts of Lignano and a car is essential.

Beautiful place, comfortable rooms, great swimming pool, super friendly staff

The place itself is wonderful, though there is not much to do around it. If you're looking for some active vacation, I wouldn't advice it, but it is great for relaxed family stay with not much activity.

we loved it there, will probably go back but this time knowing about the mosquito issue.

location, food, comfort, service was great

the mosquitos issues. most guests were families with small children and the rooms had no anti mosquito solutions available. we had to go buy anti mosquito products for every room and even for sitting outside we had to spray ourselves and the kids.
